CANDLE CARE

Allow your candle to reach a full melt pool (melted wax reaches the edges of the container). This ensures an even burn instead of tunneling which will result in a lot of wasted wax.

Trim your wick to 1/4" before relighting every time. This will help the longevity of your candle and will result in a clean, slow burn. 

Do not burn more than 4 hours. This is a fire hazard!

Make sure to read the warning label on the bottom of your candle.

ABOUT OUR CANDLES

Each candle is hand-poured in small batches using 100% soy wax from the Midwest, USA with premium phthalate-free fragrance oils. These are the best candles for you and your loved ones as they are non-toxic. Due to our candles being made out of pure soy wax, they are not overpowering but instead provide a delicate and subtle scent while they burn.

All of our products are made by hand. Because of this, you may notice slight imperfections in your product. This could include: label placement, wick placement, wax discolorations, etc. These imperfections do not affect the quality of the product!

Shipping & Returns

Our goal is to ship orders within 3 business days from the time we receive them.

Standard Shipping

We use a variety of carriers for Standard Shipping. Orders leave our warehouse within 3 business days (Monday - Friday). If you select Standard Shipping, you can expect to receive your order within 5-7 days. When possible, you will receive an email with a package tracking number (if you provide us with a valid email address).

Expedited Shipping

If you select one of our expedited shipping options (2 Day Rush Shipping or 3 Day Rush Shipping), your order will leave our warehouse the next business day (business days M-F) and you should receive your order within the time you paid for. If your order has customizations, expedited shipping does not rush production time. Please plan for given production times based on the item. You will be emailed a tracking number (if you provide us a valid email address). Expedited shipping orders go to the front of our order fulfillment line. 

*If you wish to have an order delivered to a PO Box, your order can only be shipped via the US Postal Service. If you choose a UPS shipping option and enter a PO Box as the delivery address, we reserve the right to ship your package with USPS.
