Refund policy
If you don't love your purchase from J. Lily Boutique, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of the original purchase date for a J. Lily gift card equal to the amount of the return. Please see details below.
Returns/Exchanges
- If proof of purchase is produced, returns & exchanges will be accepted within 14 days for store credit/store gift card unless a refund of original payment is requested. If proof of purchase is not available, store credit/gift card will be issued at a discounted rate of the original item.
- Items must be unworn, not washed, and all tags must still be intact for the item(s) to be considered for a return or exchange.
- All sale items are final sale, no exceptions
- All jewelry, purses/wallets, hats, shapewear, camisoles, bralettes, etc. are final sale. No exceptions.

Shipping
To return your product via mail, you should mail your product to: PO Box 388 Hallock, MN 56728 United States
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach it's destination may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as jewelry, purses/wallets, hats, shapewear, camisoles, bralettes, etc.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you will be issued a J. Lily gift card for your future purchase. A refund in the form of original payment must be requested in advance.

At the discretion of the store owner, partial refunds may be granted for an item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
